League Contact Details

Please note: If your Captain has used their respective pub/club numbers as their contact number, they should contact the Secretary with an alternative contact number. The league will not look favourably on this in any disputes arising from the failure of other teams being unable to contact them due to this, unless they live in/are the steward of the pub/club.

If any of the details contained within this sheet are incorrect or if the captain changes, it is the responsibility of the incumbent captain to inform the secretary, so that an updated sheet can be issued.
